Do You Have a 30 day Plan

What is your biggest fitness goal?
 
Do you want to lose weight? get fit for sports? improve your health? catch more waves? build some muscle?
 
 
If you want to achieve your goals, you need to have a plan. 
 
If you have a plan, you are half way there...
 
Unfortunately those without a plan will most likely fail...
 
I suggest you start with a 30 day plan as you can see results in that time frame but it is not too far away in the future.
 
 
What's your 30 day plan?
 
30 days from now you could be fitter...
 
30 days from now you could be stronger...
 
30 days from now you could be leaner...
 
30 days from now you could be healthier...
 
30 days from now you could surf better...
 
30 days from now you could be catching twice as many waves...
 
 
or... 30 days from now you could be just the same as you are today...
 
 
 
 
 
So what's your 30 day plan?
 
 
If you want things to be different by the end of the month, then follow these 2 simple steps...
 
1. Print off your step-by-step surfing workouts
 
2. Do them 2-3 times / week for the next 30 days

 
 
And I will see you looking fitter, stronger, leaner and having more fun in the surf at the end of the 30 days!
